Inventobill grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize our inventory management and POS billing platform for your business operations. You agree not to misuse the services or disrupt the platform's integrity.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Inventobill is not liable for data loss or business disruption caused by shared credentials or unauthorized device access on your end.

By processing QR and digital payments through the app, you acknowledge that Inventobill serves as a software intermediary. We facilitate the generation of payment requests and invoices, but actual settlement times rely on your linked banking partners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inventobill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app downtime, stock syncing delays, or calculation errors. We provide the service "as is" and actively work to ensure maximum uptime and precision.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
